For Facebook Pages

Hide Facebook comments without giving up control.

Doorman receives new Page comments through Meta, checks your HIDE and EXEMPT rules, and separates clear violations from cases your team should see.

One ruleset for recurring comment work.

Doorman classifies comments without pretending every case is obvious. That keeps automation useful and decisions reviewable.

Assignment

Activate rules where they belong

Rules can be assigned to connected accounts, so each brand profile can have its own boundaries and exceptions.

Outcome

Three states instead of two

Alongside visible and hidden, review provides a place for comments that should not be decided automatically.

Overview

Manage multiple Pages

Depending on the plan, multiple connected accounts can be organized and managed in separate workspaces.

Recovery

Correct the wrong call

A hidden Facebook comment can be made visible again from Doorman.

From Meta to your review queue.

The Page connection, your rules, and the handling of uncertain cases remain distinct, understandable steps.

  1. 01

    Connect a Facebook Page

Choose a Page for which you can grant the necessary permissions during the Meta connection flow.

  2. 02

    Define moderation rules

Describe unwanted content and allowed exceptions in plain language.

  3. 03

    Handle outcomes

Clear violations are hidden according to your configuration; uncertain cases wait for a decision.

Page access with a specific purpose.

The integration needs permission to read comments and manage their visibility. It should therefore not be described as read-only access.

  • Hide clear violations through Meta
  • Collect outcomes and uncertain cases in the workspace

What the Facebook integration does.

Does Doorman support personal Facebook profiles?

The integration is designed for managed Facebook Pages that can grant the required permissions through Meta.

Can different Pages use different rules?

Yes. Rules can be assigned to specific connected accounts. Available account and workspace counts depend on the plan.

Can my team restore a hidden comment?

Yes. Hiding is a reversible moderation action, not permanent deletion.

Does Doorman scan a Page around the clock?

Doorman primarily works with events sent by Meta to its webhook. It does not promise a universal scan interval or response-time guarantee.

Connect one Page. Make the rules explicit.

Start with a small ruleset and watch uncertain cases before extending the workflow to more accounts.
